Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain) and their enterprise applications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into core business strategy and operations
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision and innovation proposals to stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech developments and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Experience with strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies or innovation management
