Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum/AI convergence
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and recommend strategic pivots
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and data science
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech adoption ROI and impact
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience with agile/lean innovation frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
