Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 2026-visionary projects
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech commercialization
- Track record of scaling tech ventures to $1B+ valuations
- Expertise in quantum supremacy algorithms and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent from World Future Society
