- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources for innovation projects to maximize ROI and technological impact.
- Prototyping & Experimentation: Establish a rigorous internal innovation lab to test and validate new concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or senior executive roles within the tech industry.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into business value.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks.
