Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate planning
- Manage innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and stakeholders

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, IoT)
- Proven track record of launching tech products/services in competitive markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certifications in strategic management (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) preferred
