- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to production
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
