Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards

- Mentor innovation teams in future-focused methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
