Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive opportunities in future tech landscapes
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product development cycles
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or AR/VR
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
