Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design and implementation of AI architectures targeting the 2026 technological landscape.
- Conduct deep-dive feasibility studies for next-gen technologies, including Quantum Computing and Advanced LLMs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable roadmaps.
- Monitor global tech trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and data governance within the organization.
- Develop and mentor a team of high-potential engineers and strategists.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that anticipate market shifts.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and system security.
