Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like AGI and Neural Interfaces.
- Architect scalable, high-performance software systems that integrate predictive AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, Product) to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech stacks and assess their viability for immediate implementation.
- Drive innovation initiatives that reduce technical debt while accelerating product velocity.
- Mentor senior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Experience with Cloud Native architecture (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
