Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business growth goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Evaluate and prototype new technologies to determine their viability for enterprise integration.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable development sprints.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for future technology adoption.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale technology initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
