Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technological advancement, identifying key innovations that will define the industry landscape by 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or partnership opportunities that align with the company's long-term 2026 vision.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of global tech trends to predict shifts in consumer behavior and competitive dynamics.
- Prototyping & Validation: Spearhead the creation of prototypes for experimental technologies to validate feasibility before large-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic technology role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and emerging quantum computing principles.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
