Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, metaverse) for disruptive integration opportunities
- Lead scenario planning and impact analysis for technological disruptions through 2030
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align innovation initiatives with market demands
- Present strategic frameworks and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and ethical implications of emerging tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and exponential technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and synthetic biology convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
