Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the company, specifically focusing on innovations anticipated for the year 2026.
- AI & Machine Learning Leadership: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI models and quantum computing concepts into core business operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary evangelist for future tech initiatives, translating complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal incubation of emerging technologies to ensure the company remains a market leader.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups in the AI sector.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior technical leadership, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI strategy and implementation.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
