Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning emerging trends with business objectives.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives focused on Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (e.g., Web3, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Oversee budget allocation for innovation projects and manage vendor relationships for specialized tech partnerships.
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and executive leadership to integrate future-proof architectures.
- Forecast long-term industry shifts and communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technology department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or platforms in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep technical fluency in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Blockchain technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and predict long-term market trends.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid global team structure.
