Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in distributed systems, quantum algorithms, or neuromorphic design
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on 2030+ trends
- Proven track record scaling systems for 10M+ concurrent users
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (FDA/FAA equivalent)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
