- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption cycles aligned with 5-10 year industry forecasts
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on future-proof infrastructure implementations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech methodologies and ethical implementation
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling technology impact presentations
- Pioneer patent applications for breakthrough innovations in human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of shipping production systems in quantum computing or AI domains
- Deep expertise in future-proof architecture patterns and zero-trust security models
- Published research in IEEE journals or equivalent on emerging technologies
- Experience securing government grants for advanced technology R&D programs
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit) and neuromorphic frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing at least three patented technologies deployed at scale
