Responsibilities
- Architect cross-disciplinary frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and neurotech for 2026 market readiness
- Lead R&D initiatives in human-machine symbiosis and consciousness augmentation technologies
- Develop ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and cognitive enhancement tools
- Partner with UN and WHO committees on global technology policy for post-2025 digital governance
- Design commercialization pathways for emerging technologies in healthcare, climate, and space exploration
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of physicists, neuroscientists, and computational linguists
- Present breakthrough concepts at Davos, World Economic Forum, and global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Neuroscience, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent emerging field
- 10+ years experience in R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or NASA/DARPA-level institutions
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SAP) or equivalent government partnership experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with >$100M ARR
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards for autonomous systems
