Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Identify market opportunities and competitive threats through trend analysis and foresight research
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging technologies
