- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation labs
- Drive patent development and publish research in Nature/Science journals
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through venture capital and government grants
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent attorneys in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum tech from prototype to production
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive architectures
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, ACM)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture funding
- Deep knowledge of ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
