Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems integration in critical infrastructure
- Partner with academia and government bodies to shape policy for emerging technology deployment
- Drive innovation sprints focused on scalable climate-tech solutions using AI and nanotechnology
- Mentor researchers in convergent technology methodologies and future scenario planning
- Present technological visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Systems Engineering
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with global impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, or climate modeling
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing >$10M in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Certification in Future Studies from recognized institutions (e.g., WFSF)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international collaboration
