Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or bio-integrated AI)
- Design and prototype scalable solutions addressing global challenges by 2026 (e.g., climate resilience, accessible healthcare)
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and industry-leading conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into commercial applications
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation workshops

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Bioengineering, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least one emerging tech domain: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
