Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through competitive analysis and patent research
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor technical teams in emerging technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
