Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Identify strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record scaling from R&D to market-ready innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
