- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for collaborative R&D
- Present technology frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists to secure funding/resources
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment ensuring responsible innovation
- Oversee P&L for experimental tech initiatives with $5M+ annual budgets
- Mentor junior researchers in foresight methodologies and prototyping best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AR/VR, AI)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar journals
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (Unity, TensorFlow, quantum simulators)
