Responsibilities

- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for disruptive technology integration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology adoption impact on business growth
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and tech incubators for innovation scouting
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks aligned with ESG principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
