Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Analyze emerging technology trends and assess market viability for disruptive innovations
- Develop cross-functional implementation roadmaps with engineering, product, and business teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future technology adoption
- Manage innovation incubation projects with $5M+ annual budget
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching successful technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published research or thought leadership in emerging technologies
