Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for next-generation projects
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated impact in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of translating complex research into commercial applications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
