- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early-mover advantages
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Cross-functional collaboration experience across engineering, product, and business teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
