Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies (AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for technology incubation programs
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact and ethical frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with $10M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, predictive modeling)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investment committees
