Responsibilities

- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision
- Represent company at global tech forums and publish thought leadership papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics, or biotechnology
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech budgeting and ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
