Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and piloting next-gen innovations (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR convergence)
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business growth objectives
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of strategic technology initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Present compelling technology narratives to diverse stakeholders including investors, clients, and internal teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or immersive technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Track record of leading successful technology transformation initiatives in large-scale organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong network within technology innovation ecosystems and venture capital community
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
