Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech fields (AI/ML, Quantum, Blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional R&D teams of 15+ professionals
