Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess strategic implications for 2026 market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot next-gen solutions with measurable ROI
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Maintain competitive intelligence through market analysis and patent landscape monitoring
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of successfully launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in foresight methodologies, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar strategic innovation credential
- Experience scaling technology solutions across global enterprise environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
