Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) into core business operations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess their strategic implications
- Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and venture capital partners
- Present technology roadmaps and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies and measure ROI against KPIs
- Mentor technical teams on future-oriented innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field with proven impact on organizational transformation
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, etc.)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong business acumen with track record of translating technology into revenue growth
- Published thought leadership or speaking engagements at major tech conferences
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, scenario planning)
