Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory landscapes affecting our roadmap
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing successful initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
