- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental projects
- Author thought leadership pieces in IEEE and Nature journals
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU research consortia
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in top-tier journals (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M revenue impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility preferred for government projects
