Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends to inform strategic positioning
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Create frameworks for ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFTe)
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with $10M+ budgets
- Strong network within technology research and startup ecosystems
