Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation through pilot implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D roles
