- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships and evaluate cutting-edge technology solutions
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
