Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks for 2026-2030 business objectives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a global network of tech innovators, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for technology readiness and ROI on future-focused initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and external audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
