- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for global markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate innovation cycles
- Create executive-level briefings on technology trends and their societal implications
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling innovations from concept to global implementation
- Deep understanding of technology ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
