- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI measurement across product lifecycles
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive sustainable technology integration across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/blockchain preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-tech initiatives required
