Responsibilities

- Develop technology roadmaps prioritizing innovations with highest ROI and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot next-gen solutions
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor tech trends, patents, and disruptors through industry reports and partnerships
- Drive adoption of emerging tools in AI, IoT, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Build vendor relationships for emerging tech partnerships and acquisitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Strong communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI) preferred
