Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and responsible innovation
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech development
- Proven expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/sustainable tech)
- Experience with technology roadmapping and innovation lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional technical teams
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations
