Qualifications

- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with quantitative modeling skills
- Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional technical teams
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD) highly valued
