Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technologies aligned with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional task forces integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Author white papers on tech ethics and regulatory frameworks for 2026+ adoption
- Manage $50M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation programs
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Forums as industry thought leader
- Mentor PhD fellows in future-focused research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level experience in global tech policy development
- Published author in peer-reviewed technology journals or major industry publications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on at least two Fortune 500 tech transformations
