Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
