- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for ethical deployment of breakthrough technologies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
