- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging threats/opportunities in tech convergence
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation ($100M+ impact)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or Technology Foresight
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
